One of the techniques in helping my clients who come in for nocturnal enuresis or bedwetting is to help the client be aware of their sleep.
Unlike sleep alarms that just wake you up at night, you learn how to communicate with your body (with self-hypnosis) and you actually do wake up and run to the bathroom. This is effective and many of my clients see results almost immediately.
